Where purchases are made

visiblespokes.com is a product website. Orders are placed and fulfilled through the Vectorebike shop. Return and refund requests therefore follow the shop’s Refund policy.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day you (or a third party you named, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

To withdraw, send a clear statement by email or letter. You may use a model withdrawal form, but you do not have to. Contact:

Refunds and returning goods

After a valid withdrawal we refund the payments received, including standard delivery costs (not extra costs if you chose a more expensive delivery method). The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we are informed of your withdrawal. We may wait until the goods are back or you have shown proof of return.

You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after telling us you withdraw. Direct return shipping costs are borne by you, unless we agreed otherwise or the goods were defective.

You are liable for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

When withdrawal does not apply

• Customised or personalised products
• Goods used beyond normal inspection
• Goods modified or damaged by the customer
