Coverage
Visible Spokes LED bicycle wheel lights include a 1-year warranty against manufacturing and material defects from the date of purchase. This is in addition to your statutory consumer rights in the EU and does not limit them.
Orders are placed through the Vectorebike shop. Warranty claims are handled by Polywarm Deutschland GmbH.
What is covered
- Manufacturing defects
- Material defects of the light tubes, wiring, or battery block supplied with the set
If a covered defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product or defective part at our discretion.
What is not covered
- Wear from normal use, batteries you install yourself, or damage from incorrect installation
- Use other than as a decorative visibility accessory (Visible Spokes has no StVZO approval)
- Modifications, crashes, water ingress beyond IP65 intended use, or lack of clearance from frame, fork, brakes, or tires
- Labour, installation, or shipping to us for inspection, unless we agree otherwise in writing
How to make a claim
Email info@vectorebike.com and include:
- a description of the issue
- photos and/or a short video
- a copy of the purchase invoice
- your order number if available
We will first try to resolve the issue remotely. If needed, we may ask you to return the product for inspection.
